Austria, Germany, Switzerland

Deliveries to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland are free for orders of 125 Euro (or CHF 150) and above.
For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 10 Euro (or CHF 10) applies.
Pickup at the showroom is always free of charge.

 

Orders from Vienna

Delivery via veloce bicycle courier within 3 hours.
Select the “Local Delivery” option at checkout if you are ordering within Vienna.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our store at Sankt-Ulrichs-Platz 4, 1070 Vienna.

European Union

Deliveries within the EU are free for orders of 400 Euro and above.
For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 15 Euro applies.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days.

Europe (outside the EU)

Deliveries to non-EU European countries are free for orders of 500 Euro and above.
For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 15 Euro applies.
Delivery time: 2–4 business days.

United Kingdom

Deliveries to the United Kingdom are free for orders of £500 and above.
For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of £20 applies.

North America

Deliveries to the USA are free for orders of $600 USD and above,
to Canada for orders of $1000 CAD and above.
For orders below these amounts, a shipping fee of $20 USD or $30 CAD applies.

Worldwide

Deliveries to all other countries are free for orders of 700 Euro and above.
For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 30 Euro applies.
