WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?


The following payment methods are available to you in our online store:

- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard
- ApplePay
- PayPal
- instant bank transfer

WHICH DELIVERY TYPES DO YOU OFFER?

We always ship our products by UPS express delivery.


Deliveries of orders with a value of €400 and above are free of charge.

You can choose one of the following delivery types:

- Express delivery:
Vienna, Austria, Europe: 1 day
Asia, Australia, North America: 2 to 4 days

- Additional option in Vienna: Delivery within 3 hours by bike courier (Monday to Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

- In-store pickup

Delivery costs for orders with a value below €400:

- Vienna, Austria: €10

- Europe: €20
Asia, Australia, North America: €30

- Delivery within 3 hours by bike courier: €15

- In-store pickup: free of charge

We process your orders Monday to Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. No order processing on Sundays and public holidays. All orders received by 3:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.


WHERE DOES EIGENSINNIG SHIP?


We ship worldwide by UPS express delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track your order.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN THE STORE?

You can collect your order in our store on Sankt-Ulrichs-Platz 4, 1070 Vienna. To do so, please select “In-store pickup” during the order process.

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE EU. CAN I SHOP TAX-FREE?

Yes. If you live outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, USA) and your delivery address is outside the EU, you do not pay VAT for purchases in our store. You may be charged with duties or import fees – please ask your local authority for all the details.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Customers within the EU, Switzerland and Norway can return their order free of charge.

In order to do so, please send us an email at sense@eigensinnig-wien.com within 14 days after receiving the goods, letting us know which products you would like to return. We will then send you a UPS return label for your parcel which will allow you to easily mail it from an access point near you. You can find your nearest UPS Access Points at www.ups.com/dropoff. We will cover the costs for the parcel’s trip.

If you do not live in the EU, Switzerland or Norway, please send the products back to our address within 14 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of worn, used, altered or damaged goods.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?

We will initiate the refund on the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be processed via the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed. It will depend on your bank how long it takes for your money to arrive.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I BOUGHT ONLINE IN YOUR STORE?

You can return your goods in our store free of charge. Please bring your original invoice.

WHAT CAN I DO IF AN ARTICLE IS SOLD OUT?

For inquiries about articles that are no longer available online, please contact us by telephone at +43-1-8906637 or by email at sense@eigensinnig-wien.com. You can reach us from Monday to Friday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CET).

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY SIZE?

Sizes and cuts can vary from designer to designer. In order to find out more about a particular design, please read the product description on the respective product page or contact us at sense@eigensinnig-wien.com.
