Minimalistic, slim women's pants made of warming wool with special details. Obstinacy that can be combined in many ways.

"Reading Joan Didion's writing is like tiptoeing across a frozen pond filled with beautiful sharks. You look down and pray that the ice will hold," wrote a journalist who once interviewed the U.S. journalist and writer. Her precise, detached style runs through all her works - whether articles about American society, texts in Vogue, or books about the low blows of her own life ("The Year of Magical Thinking," "Blue Nights").

The women's trousers named after the journalist from the company's own atelier are just as precise and subtle: they have a slim cut and a minimalist design. Special details such as the piped pocket, the three ochre stripes on the pockets and the wave-like cut on the waistband at the back - an allusion to Heraclitus and "Everything flows" - ensure the typical obstinacy. The noble material consists of a warming viscose wool . Two pockets in the front offer space for things you like to carry with you. All this makes 'Didion' a subtle individualistic creation for those who appreciate understatement.

The slim pants go perfectly with the avant-garde jackets 'Nietzsche' and 'Camus', which are made of the same fabric and create an autumnal ensemble in combination with the pants.

We design our collections in an experimental process, enriching them with thoughts and ideas from the fields of philosophy, art and literature or drawing inspiration from philosophy, art and literature. That is why our trousers and jackets, blouses and dresses bear the names of philosophers, literary figures and sociologists. We work with materials from nature, which we like to combine in asymmetrical, avant-garde cuts. Our aesthetic is based on the Japanese wabi-sabi concept: “Pare down to the essence, but don’t remove the poetry.”
