Extravagant baggy pants for men and women made of special wool with deep crotch and pleats. A poetic rarity for freedom-loving obstinate.
The Sorrows of Young Werther, Erlkönig, Faust: Johann Wolfgang von Goethe is quite rightly considered the greatest German poet and thinker. His works are world literature and are still intensively received, discussed and appreciated today. But Goethe was also a natural scientist, which makes him nothing less than a universal genius who - and this was anything but a matter of course - already enjoyed fame and honor during his lifetime.
The trousers named after him from our own atelier are a tribute to the extraordinary poet - and with good reason, because the obstinate creation made of warming material and therefore particularly durable, resistant and grippy, wool-viscose mix, carries poetry in itself. The slightly deeper crotch offers space when walking, the pleats give the leg a pleasant width. If you don't want to wear this unconventional creation casually and hipster-style, reach for a belt for more support; if you want to show more leg, roll up the trouser legs without the seams showing.
Two spacious side pockets on the front offer space for the smartphone or things of similar size that the obstinate likes to carry with them.

The waistband can be closed via a button, which is positioned slightly off to the side and thus subtly irritating.
The concealed button closure runs at a slight angle.
The side seam on the trouser leg leads into an asymmetrical slit at the hem.
The back reveals an unexpected play of seams running from top to bottom.
The three ochre stripes typical of obstinate are found here on the right pocket.
With the avant-garde jacket 'Camus' or the coat 'Comte', which are made of the same material, Goethe becomes a special ensemble for obstinate women.
In combination with the jacket 'Roquentin' and the shirt 'Wittgenstein' again results in an unconventional creation for men.
