The exceptional men's boots with zip come from the Californian shoe manufacturer Cydwoq, where they were made from black, specially washed, vegan tanned cow leather. Because the material shows natural irregularities, each pair is unique with a wabi-sabi look. The unconventional unique pieces are extremely durable. They almost get "better" with time - because leather that has lived has character. Studs frame the individual, deliberately asymmetrically arranged parts. The shoes fit the foot organically, so they almost feel like you're walking barefoot. Good grip is provided by the vibram sole, which is one of the world's best soles. An extremely creative symbiosis in which the past and the future merge.

Behind the label, which pronounces itself "Sidewalk", is the designer Rafi Balouzian, who lives in the USA and comes from Armenia. He comes from a family of shoemakers with a long tradition. He created his brand out of his own need: to cover long distances comfortably on foot. His unique leather boots for men and women are handmade from Italian leather that matures over time like good wine, giving it depth and character. In the creations with the unique aesthetics, past and future, traditions and visions mix in a particularly obstinate way.
