Men's low crotch pants with slim leg from waxed cotton in black
Minimalist avant-garde men's trousers in specially coated cotton with unusual details. Elegant and individual creation for autumn and winter.
The English jurist, philosopher and social reformer Jeremy Bentham was the source of inspiration for the men's trousers of the same name from the in-house atelier. Bentham's thinking was particularly progressive for the 19th century: he campaigned for universal suffrage, women's suffrage, the abolition of the death penalty, animal rights and freedom of the press and is therefore considered a pioneer of feminism as well as a champion of the rule of law.
The men's trousers dedicated to him with a slightly lowcrotchand narrow leg are a no less progressive creation. The material, a black, coated, slightly stretchy cottonwith an implied structureon the surface, makes it particularly obstinate. Two pockets at the front and two potpockets offer space for small items. Special details such as the fabric edges as pocket ends and the threeochre-coloured stripes make the trousers an exceptional piece for all those who like to appear with understatement.

eigensinnig wien: Special avant-garde fashion for men and women.
Under our avant-garde fashion label eigensinnig wien, we manufacture unique fashion pieces for obstinate characters. We design our collections in an experimental process, enriching them with thoughts and ideas from the fields of philosophy, art and literature or drawing inspiration from philosophy, art and literature. That is why our trousers and jackets, blouses and dresses bear the names of philosophers, literary figures and sociologists. We work with materials from nature, which we like to combine in asymmetrical, avant-garde cuts. Our aesthetic is based on the Japanese wabi-sabi concept: “Pare down to the essence, but don’t remove the poetry.”
