Extravagant men's short coat with zip made of special cotton, which can be worn in many ways. With obstinate details surprising rarity for autumn and winter. The randomness of his existence puts Antoine Roquentin, the main character of Jean-Paul Sartre's first novel "The Disgust," in just such a state. However, the main work of existentialism is not only a dark one, because in it Sartre also addresses a consolation: the fact, called contingency, that existence is a unique one. Therefore, it allows the individual to invent himself. The same possibility lies dormant in the men's short coat from our own atelier, which we have named after the anti-hero. The versatility of this avant-garde one-of-a-kind piece, handcrafted from special cotton with a fine structure, virtually invites the wearer to reinvent himself again and again. The casual cut obstinacy with two side pockets and two inside pockets proves courage through some idiosyncratic details. These include:the zip with two closures that can be moved in either direction as desired, giving plenty of scope for wearing styles ranging from high-necked to open. If you like it particularly unconventional, place the two closures in the middle.the unconventional collar, a hybrid of stand-up collar and turned-down collar.the frayed trim at the hem and sleeves, reminiscent of the wabi-sabi aesthetic, where true beauty is located in imperfection.the lining in black cotton, which is revealed when the sleeves are worn casually rolled up.the three ocher stripes on the pocket and sleeve, characteristic of obstinate. Combined with the Diderot trousers in the same material and the men's pullover 'Tolstoi' in black, 'Roquentin' makes a very exceptional ensemble for individualists who appreciate the special and rare. Minimalistic, slim women's pants made of warming wool with special details. Obstinacy that can be combined in many ways. "Reading Joan Didion's writing is like tiptoeing across a frozen pond filled with beautiful sharks. You look down and pray that the ice will hold," wrote a journalist who once interviewed the U.S. journalist and writer. Her precise, detached style runs through all her works - whether articles about American society, texts in Vogue, or books about the low blows of her own life ("The Year of Magical Thinking," "Blue Nights"). The women's trousers named after the journalist from the company's own atelier are just as precise and subtle: they have a slim cut and a minimalist design. Special details such as the piped pocket, the three ochre stripes on the pockets and the wave-like cut on the waistband at the back - an allusion to Heraclitus and "Everything flows" - ensure the typical obstinacy. The noble material consists of a warming viscose wool . Two pockets in the front offer space for things you like to carry with you. All this makes 'Didion' a subtle individualistic creation for those who appreciate understatement. The slim pants go perfectly with the avant-garde jackets 'Nietzsche' and 'Camus', which are made of the same fabric and create an autumnal ensemble in combination with the pants. Light, elegant women's blouse made of bamboo in grey with rounded hem. An obstinate creation that represents the union of elegance and comfort. "Lay down your arms!" - This is the title of one of the most famous works by the Austrian peace researcher and writer Bertha von Suttner, who campaigned for pacifism and a peaceful society like no other. Not for nothing the in Vienna born woman was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize. Our women's blouse "Suttner" is dedicated to the pacifist mission and stands out with a particularly soft and flowing material. The extravagant design convinces with minimalistic but soft, subtle details such as a continuous concealed placket with finely crafted horn buttons. Women who prefer an individual and avant-garde sense for design will also be pleased with the following obstinate features:Three ocher stripes on the hem slitLong sleeves with wide cuffs and three delicate horn buttonsStraight vertical and diagonal horizontal seam at the back, meeting in the middleSmall wave at the collarIn spring and summer "Suttner" can be worn as a light blouse with elegant andslim trousers "Didion" made of cotton in black. Asymmetrical avant-garde women's jacket with smooth horn buttons and quirky details. Extravagant creation for individualists who like to subtly stand out.   The French writer and philosopher Albert Camus worked on the absurdity of existence throughout his life. In his opinion, "the absurd can jump out at anyone on any street corner". Nevertheless, the life he himself had lived dissolutely and intensely would be worth living: it was precisely in the knowledge of absurdity that man could live self-determinedly, rebel and revolt. What did he have to lose?A similarly rebellious attitude is also displayed by the consistently asymmetrical women's jacket from the company's own atelier: everything here is odd in the best possible way. Asymmetry runs like the main theme through the entire creation - from the stand-up collar to the button placket with its smooth horn buttons to the sleeve cuffs and the seams on the back, both of which end in walking slits of varying lengths. Unconventional is also the material of the individualistic creation with two pockets on the front: particularly durable, resistant and gripp wool fabric. Like all obstinate unique pieces, this women's jacket plays with unexpected details:the open, outstanding lining made of 100% firm but soft cotton, which gives the impression that there is a black top under the jacket.the small, poetic wave on the stand-up collar, which can be worn high-necked or casually folded over.the vase-shaped eye buttonholes, so named because the buttonholes have an eye-shaped curve at the end that makes them more durable and stretchy.the wardrobe hanger, with which you can hang up and then take down the wayward unique piece wherever you want.the three ochre stripes typical for wayward on the right pocket and on the right sleeve In combination with the pants 'Didion' or 'Feyerabend' made of the same material you get an unconventional ensemble for special occasions. Minimalist, slim men's trousers in warming wool with special details. Obstinacy that can be combined in many ways. German architect Walter Gropius founded the Bauhaus, that famous art school that brought together art and craft and is considered a home for the avant-garde of Classical Modernism. To this day, the Bauhaus is formative for modernist currents. The men's trousers from the company's own atelier, named after the architect, are just as modernistic: they have a slim cut and a minimalist design. Special details such as the horn buttons, the piped pocket, the three ochre stripes on the side pockets and the wave-like cut on the back waistband - an allusion to Heraclitus and "Everything flows" - ensure the typical obstinacy. The high-quality material is made of a warming wool frabric. Two pockets in the front and another one on the back offer space for things you like to carry with you. All this makes 'Gropius' a subtly individualistic creation for those who appreciate understatement. In combination with the jacket 'Roquentin' or the avant-garde coat 'Comte', both made of the same fabric, a special ensemble is created in the cooler season. Minimalistic men's shirt made of soft bamboo-cotton mix, whose extravagance is realized in the special details - and which proves versatility in combination with other obstinacy. The German psychiatrist and philosopher Karl Jaspers is regarded as a flaming representative of existential philosophy, which clearly distinguishes itself from Sartre's existentialism. Accordingly, he sees communication as the antidote to borderline situations in which people lose all grip. Conversation would restore the existential hold: "The fact that we can talk to each other makes us human." The men's shirt from our own atelier, which we designed as a tribute to the philosopher, also provides support in a certain way. Made from a fine blend of bamboo and cotton, the minimalistic creation is a versatile companion for cool days and nights in spring and summer and occasions of all kinds. A chameleon that can be worn either classically elegant or - if you turn up the collar and roll up the sleeves a bit - casual. And now for the obstinate details:the classic collar with the tapered collar legs and the small wave on the back.the concealed button placket on the front.the extravagant wide cuff with a small slit and concealed button placket, behind which three smooth horn buttons are hidden.the two seams on the back - the first vertical, the second running diagonally across the shoulders - that meet in the middle - with a little imagination a metaphor for Jasper's concept of communication: in existential conversation two paths meet.the unconventional round hem on the front.the characteristic three ocher stripes on the hem. The subtly extravagant men's shirt becomes an elegant ensemble in combination with the slim trousers 'Gropius' in black cotton and with the jacket 'Fromm', also made of black cotton. If you like it more unconventional, combine 'Jaspers' with the harem trousers 'Kafka' made of fine cotton in black: In this combination, the obstinate character of the wearer comes especially to the surface. Asymmetrically cut avant-garde wool coat with hood and quite a bit of obstinacy. A unique piece with character. Auguste Comte, the French philosopher, is the founder of positivism and sociology. He declared war on superstition; he wanted everything to be scientific, empirical and comprehensible. He himself was considered rebellious. There's a bit of rebellion in our avant-garde 'Comte' coat named after him. The asymmetrically cut coat with the hood is a showcase of obstinacy, but also has something accurate-scientific about it. A handmade rarity for the unadjusted - because it's also suitable for women. Its details make it something very special:the discreet button closurethe unexpected hoodthe diagonal back seam and the side slit at the back, which reminds of a parka.'Comte' can be combined with the unconventional pants 'Feyerabend' and 'Montesquieu', which are both made of the same fabric. Special trousers made of warming wool in black, which combines coziness and rigor in one creation. Multifaceted garment that always positively surprises women and men in the composition of the daily outfit and allows a variety of combinations. The Austrian philosopher Paul Feyerabend is considered the founder of scientific anarchism, which eigensinnig wien interprets elegantly in terms of fabric with these linen trousers. Fashionable anarchism purposefully resists short-term trends and passing fads, while at the same time reflecting the wearer's innermost self-expression. The wool trousers 'Feyerabend' gives women and men a wide fashion scope due to the various combination possibilities and always offers them the possibility of free decision in the choice of their own style creation. Light, versatile summer pullover that surprises with subtly special details. Avant-garde creation for free spirits who do not want to commit. With "Madame Bovary" and "L'Education Sentimentale," the French novelist Gustave Flaubert introduced a new era in the European novel. In these works, he dispenses with pathos and melodrama in favor of an objectified realism and presents life as what it actually is most of the time: a tough and sluggish flow whose fascination lies in precisely this monotony. Similarly unpretentious yet sophisticated is the black summer pullover from the in-house atelier, which can be worn by all genders. The sophistication of the slim-fitting, versatile lightness made from a soft bamboo-cotton blend is revealed to the observer on the second view, when the details start to come into their own.The special collar with slightly frayed, wabi-sabi-like seams can be closed via a button made of high-quality, delicate horn, transforming the obstinacy into an unconventional turtleneck pullover. With the opened button, 'Flaubert' becomes a casual companion for cooler moments in spring and summer. The sleeves and the waistband close unexcitingly straight. In combination with the black linen trousers 'Feyerabend', 'Flaubert' becomes an unconventional, casual ensemble for leisure or work. For special occasions, the pullover can be worn by men with the slim-fitting trousers 'Gropius' and the jacket 'Fromm', ladies can turn it into an elegant, extraordinary ensemble with the trousers 'Didion'. Extraordinary jumpsuit with eye-catching details in black. An extravagant rarity for obstinate individualists of any gender. Stéphane Mallarmé's symbolist poetry is considered untranslatable and groundbreaking. From fragments of the real world, the French writer creates an obstinate kind of beauty, which is also reflected in the fragmentary avant-garde design of the eponymous jumpsuit for each gender. Asymmetrical seams and extravagantly placed zippers in the spirit of Mallarmé's poésie pure define the extraordinary style of the one-piece, which is fitted with a tie belt. Mallarmé sought perfection in the suggestive, and so the casually cut jumpsuit with a low crotch is also in suggestive black. The one-piece made of soft wool can be worn individually: Obstinate wear the special designer model high-necked, with open zip top or tied with the tie belt to a stylish tie. Like Mallarmé's symbolism, the eponymous creation features refined details that focus on the beautiful, the good and the true:The stand-up collar, cut on one side, is punctuated by a diagonal zipper that opens to mid-body for a casual wearA second zipper runs from the center decorative seam to the right pant hem. A decorative zipper also runs from the hip to the hem of the pants on the left pant legTwo roomy front seam pockets can be worn open or closed.  Extraordinary, long women's jacket in black. Special companion with unconventional details for the obstinate woman. Named after Friedrich Nietzsche, this creation of soft black wool explodes common patterns with its fearless cut. Nietzsche pursued the darkness of man and thought beyond classical disciplines. The jacket, with its transverse saddle stitching at the back and distinctive peaks at the hem and collar, is also unadorned and defies any norm. Another special feature are the striking horn buttons that close the jacket at the side and serve to fold down the asymmetrically cut sleeves. According to Nietzsche, the most beautiful body is nothing but "a veil in which the shamefully beautiful wraps itself" - the elegant women's jacket gives the obstinate woman the self-confidence of the amoralist and wears lightly like a veil made of finely structured wool. Nietzsche's radical thinking is reflected in every detail of this unconventional model:In addition to the four horn closure buttons on the sides, a hidden button on the inside holds the asymmetrical "veil" of black wool togetherAn open edge closes the V-shaped neckline with cut-out stand-up collar and the hem ending in lace. Another subtle wave forms at the neck, rounding out the style in a cool and considered wayTwo hidden pockets are located in the front side seamsThe extra-long sleeves can be rolled up or worn casuallyAn ornamental back seam emerges from the diagonal saddle seam at the back, visually splitting the long women's jacket and deviating asymmetrically toward the bottomAt the right pocket of the soft avant-garde coat three ocher-colored bars decorate the handmade unique piece Brand: eigensinnig wienColor: blackMaterial: 42% wool, 28% viscose, 23% polyester, 6% polyamide, 1% spandexeigensinnig wien: special avant-garde fashion for men and women. Unconventional cardigan with hood in black for obstinate people of any gender. A special companion for the cool days in autumn and winter. Limp Bizkit's Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water is one of the most influential music albums around the turn of the millennium. Lead singer Fred Durst became a fully tattooed figurehead for a raw, nihilistic mindset. The rough and soft at the same time designed unisex cardigan made of black viscose wool is modeled after the casual aesthetics at the wedding of the nu metal scene and can therefore only bear the name Durst.  Two shiny zipper sliders on the heavy zipper made of silver metal inevitably remind of the sovereign hoodie style of Durst. Reduced to the essentials, yet extravagant, slim-fit men's pullover made of light bamboo-cotton blend. Minimalist creation for essence-seeking individualists. "All happy families are alike, every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way" is the first and probably most famous sentence from Leo Tolstoi's novel Anna Karenina. The Russian writer is still considered one of the most important literary figures and intellectuals in the history of literature. The eponymous, slim men's pullover with the round neckline from the in-house atelier is to be understood as a homage to Tolstoi. Made of a light, soft bamboo-cotton blend, it's pared down to the essentials and only reveals its sophistication upon closer inspection:The three ochre stripes at the cuffs are a subtle, obstinate detail. An asymmetrical seam runs from the back over the shoulders to the front - a metaphor for life, which doesn't always run in a straight line and often only unfolds in detours. In combination with the slim pants 'Gropius' and the jackets 'Fromm' or 'Leibniz' you get a casual, elegant ensemble for special occasions. A more unconventional option for cooler summer days or nights is the mix of 'Levinas' shorts and light summer boots.
