Light and long pullover made of bamboo in white with subtle details that creatively embodies the wabi-sabi aesthetic. A fashionable creation against perfection and an advocate for the imperfection of all things. "Nothing that exists is without imperfections" - This is how Leonard Koren described the existential things of our world from the point of view of Wabi-Sabi aesthetics. All things including the universe are thereby themselves in an uninterrupted, never-ending state of becoming and passing away. The writer H.C. Artmann also broke away from perfection in his work. He freed the dialect from nationalistic appropriation and showed how contemplative folk language can be. This imperfection of all things is also reflected in the obstinate women's pullover with a slim cut named after him. The special creation impresses with a particularly light, soft and natural material. The round neckline has a small slit from which a seam emerges. This runs diagonally along the chest and gives the noble garment an asymmetrical look. The hem of "Artmann" was designed just as exceptional, which is characterized by 2 large uneven slits. Another imperfection is found on the back of the garment, which has a slightly asymmetrical seam across and lengthwise, as well as the following other details:Transverse slanted seam, which can be seen as a metaphor for life, which also does not always run in a straight lineTowards the seam there are slightly asymmetrical sleeve endsThe hem on the back is also slightly asymmetricalThe front of the pullover is slightly shorter than the backCombined with the black trousers "Châtelet", the blazer "Christie" in black and the special tie "Dreyfus" you get an unconventional ensemble for days in spring and summer. Casual men's jacket made of the finest Belgian linen with zip and special details. Minimalist versatile companion for the cooler days and nights of spring and summer. "We want to go back to the 'things themselves,'" said the Austrian-German philosopher and mathematician Edmund Husserl, who is therefore also considered the father of phenomenology. He drew attention to the fact that all consciousness is always consciousness of something - be it real or imagined objects. Man and the world, subject and object, are therefore always connected. This subjective sense of connection to the world also radiates from the men's jacket named after him from the company's own atelier: It always defines itself in relation to the one who wears it - and vice versa. The exquisite material from which we have created it - especially light and soft Belgian linen - makes it particularly benevolent towards the world and the wearer. Versatile makes them the refined zip, which can be moved in either direction as desired. This results in different ways of wearing - from high-necked to casual-half-open to completely open for all those who appreciate free space. There are also two side pockets for the things you like to have with you. And then there are the obstinate details:the small, discreet stand-up collar.the seam that runs diagonally across the shoulders and extends into the sleeve.the small slit at the bottom zipper end.the vertical, asymmetrical seam on the back.the small waves at the cuffs of the sleeves.the stubbornly characteristic three ochre stripes on the pocket. Combined with the trousers 'Feyerabend' in light linen in black and the pullover 'Artmann' in bamboo in white, 'Husserl' becomes the third part of an unconventional ensemble for special occasions. Versatile men's shirt made of soft cotton with subtly extravagant details. Minimalistic creation for individualists who have a desire to reinvent themselves again and again. Dream analysis, it, ego and superego: these are just a few of the terms and concepts that go back to Sigmund (actually Sigismund Schlomo) Freud, the famous Viennese founder of psychoanalysis. For over 100 years, people have been lying down, symbolically or actually, "on the couch" to explore their subconscious in a cultivated ambience. We've dedicated the eponymous men's shirt from our in-house atelier to this influential thinker. Handmade of fine, soft cotton, it exudes extravagance in a subtle way - and is in this way reminiscent of the famous psychoanalytical couch, which is said to have a similar sophistication. As versatile as man's inner life, the minimalistic men's shirt can be worn in a variety of ways, making it the ideal companion for cooler days and nights in spring and summer and occasions of all kinds.  And now for the obstinate details:the elegant, small collar.the concealed button placket on the front - a metaphor for the subconscious?the striking, wide cuff with concealed button placket, behind which two delicate, smooth horn buttons are hidden.the two asymmetrical seams on the back that open into the hem. This gives the round hem little corners that give the shirt extra charisma.the asymmetrical stitching on the sleeves.the three ocher stripes on the hem, a characteristic of obstinacy.  With rolled-up sleeves and open top buttons, 'Freud' becomes an unconventional ensemble for special occasions in combination with the trousers 'Kafka' made of light black cotton. Minimalistic individualists who prefer unpolished simplicity like to combine 'Freud' with the slim trousers 'Gropius'. Minimalistic men's shirt made of soft cotton, whose extravagance is realized in the special details - and which proves versatility in combination with other obstinacy. The German psychiatrist and philosopher Karl Jaspers is regarded as a flaming representative of existential philosophy, which clearly distinguishes itself from Sartre's existentialism. Thus, he sees communication as the antidote to borderline situations in which people lose all grip. Conversation would restore existential hold: "The fact that we can talk to each other makes us human."The men's shirt from our own atelier, which we designed as a tribute to the philosopher, also provides support in a certain way. The minimalistic creation made of fine, soft cotton is a versatile companion for cool days and nights in spring and summer and occasions of all kinds. A chameleon that can be worn either classically elegant or - if you turn up the collar and roll up the sleeves a bit - casual. And now for the obstinate details:the classic collar with the tapered collar legs and the small wave on the back.the concealed button placket on the front.the extravagant wide cuff with a small slit and concealed button placket, behind which three smooth horn buttons are hidden.the two seams on the back - the first vertical, the second running diagonally across the shoulders - that meet in the middle - with a little imagination a metaphor for Jasper's concept of communication: in existential conversation two paths meet.the unconventional round hem on the front.the characteristic three ocher stripes on the hem. The subtly extravagant men's shirt becomes an elegant ensemble in combination with the slim trousers 'Gropius' in black cotton and with the jacket 'Fromm', also made of black cotton. Light, minimalistic women's jacket with zip and obstinate details. Subtly extravagant creation for individualists who know what they want.  Poetry, novels, children's books, stage texts, radio plays, and mixed forms of these: the work of the Austrian writer Friederike Mayröcker, "who, as a black figure in her note-strewn apartment, has already become a legend during her lifetime" (Ö1), is considerable. A quick glance is enough to determine: The woman loved experimentation, the new and the unknown, and consistently exposed herself to it throughout her life. The slim-fitting women's jacket from our own atelier, which we have dedicated to this great word artist, she, who loved black so much, might even have liked to wear herself. The creation in light cotton with two side pockets is similarly experimental and avant-garde as large parts of her work. Just as presumably everybody reads something different out of Mayröcker's texts, so probably everyone can interpret something different into the wearer of the women's jacket - depending on how she wears it. The zip makes the jacket extremely versatile: its two slides can be moved up and down at will. Particularly unconventional is the version in which the slides are placed in the middle and thereby open the jacket in both directions. Special are also the details of the women's jacket:the slit at the bottom of the zipper.the small, poetic wave at the end of the sleeves.the asymmetrical seam along the collar.the vertical seam on the back that ends in a small, unexpected slit at the hem.the back, which looks like a screen broken into several parts, separated by seams that partially extend over the shoulders and into the sleeves - a metaphor for different phases of life or the many parts this obstinate woman. The three ocher stripes on the pockets and sleeves are typical for eigensinnig. In combination with the trousers 'Streeruwitz' made of the same material in black and the shirt 'Behn' made of bamboo in white it becomes an unconventional ensemble for days in spring and summer. Roman Witolt Ingarden was a Polish philosopher who was primarily concerned with the theory of being, aesthetics and philosophical questions in art.We dedicated the light summer pullover from our in-house atelier to the thinker: it is a small masterpiece in minimalist craftsmanship. Long and special women's blouse made of a viscose-linen blend with an elegant waterfall neckline. Versatile creation of a blouse that can also be worn casually as an off-shoulder variant and with a belt. According to French philosopher Simone Weil, "The vulnerability of precious things is beautiful because vulnerability is a characteristic of existence." The teacher and social revolutionary not only showed political strength, but also stands for the solidarity of action and contemplation. Just as precious as the existential, vulnerable things of this world is our fashionably handcrafted rarity "Weil", which makes an impression with its elegant, leger design. The mutual "vulnerability" is also made clear by the central meeting of the eye-catching contrast seams in the back area. The light and long blouse made of high quality bamboo has a back side that was made slightly longer than the front side. The obstinate and elegant unique piece can also convince with subtle details on the back. These include:Loose small wave at the collarOne horizontal and vertical seam each, which obstinately meet in the middle2 small slits on the side of the hem Together with the slim trousers "Bachmann" and the avant-garde coat Laozi you get an elegant but extraordinary ensemble for special occasions. Unconventional summer hat made of light linen and with special details. Handmade rarity for obstinate heads of any gender. Sir Charles Spencer "Charlie" Chaplin may be famous for his unforgettable interpretation of the "Tramp" with bowler hat, walking stick, mustache and frock coat in silent movies, but he was also a director, screenwriter, composer, film producer, comedian and entrepreneur. Because he co-founded the film company United Artist, he is considered one of the forefathers of Hollywood. Similarly versatile is the hat named after him from the in-house atelier; the ideal companion for cooler days and nights in spring and summer. It's handmade from light, fine linen with a delicate texture and sits loosely on the head. Worn with the waistband folded over, it reveals unconventional details like the open, slightly frayed hem that gives the special hat a subtle Wabi-sabi touch, or the eye-catching cloud-shaped incision on the front that can be read as a reference to the Hollywood dream factory - or as a metaphor for the ups and downs of life that Charlie Chaplin always humorously elaborated on in his films.Brand: eigensinnig wienColor: blackMaterial: 100% linenFit: legereigensinnig wien: special avant-garde fashion for men and women. Light, versatile summer pullover that surprises with subtly special details. Avant-garde creation for free spirits who do not want to commit. With "Madame Bovary" and "L'Education Sentimentale," the French novelist Gustave Flaubert introduced a new era in the European novel. In these works, he dispenses with pathos and melodrama in favor of an objectified realism and presents life as what it actually is most of the time: a tough and sluggish flow whose fascination lies in precisely this monotony. Similarly unpretentious yet sophisticated is the black summer pullover from the in-house atelier, which can be worn by all genders. The sophistication of this slim-fitting, versatile lightness made from a soft viscose and linen blend is revealed to observers only at second glance, when the details start to come into their own.The special collar with slightly frayed, wabi-sabi seams can be closed via a button made of high-quality, delicate horn, transforming the obstinacy into an unconventional turtleneck pullover. With the button opened, 'Flaubert' becomes a casual companion for cooler moments in spring and summer. The sleeves and the waistband close unexcitingly straight. Combined with the black linen trousers 'Feyerabend' or the trousers 'Châtelet' made of coarse textured linen, 'Flaubert' becomes an unconventional, casual ensemble for leisure or work. For special occasions, the pullover can be worn by men with the slim trousers 'Gropius' and the jacket 'Fromm', women can turn it into an elegant, extraordinary ensemble with the trousers 'Bachmann'.
