"Der Fänger im Roggen" is Jerome David Salinger's only novel, but one of world renown. After publishing it, he withdrew from the public eye: the American writer did not want to be famous.

The scarf named after him by eigensinnig wien is similarly reserved and "sophisticated". It is a puristically designed scarf that can be worn in many different ways: You can simply throw it over your shoulder or wrap it around your neck several times to protect yourself from wind and weather.
